October 14th (Conference) & October 15th (Workshop)

The 2021 NY Metro Joint Cyber Security Conference will take place virtually on October 14th. We are celebrating our 8th year featuring keynotes, panels and sessions aimed at educating everyone on the various aspects of information security and technology. Several online workshops on October 15th feature in-depth extended hands-on classroom-style educational courses to expand your knowledge and foster security discussions.

The New York Metro Joint Cyber Security Conference is a collaborative event cooperatively developed, organized and sponsored by the leading information security industry organizations and chapters.

Driven by the collaboration between members of this coalition, the strength of organizational membership, the provision of desirable CPE credits and the concurrence of National Cyber Security Awareness Month, the NYMJCSC promises -- once again -- to be well-attended by members of the information technology, information security, audit, academic, and business communities.
It is with deep regret that we inform our community that our esteemed board member and Treasurer, Joel Kazin, has suffered a grave medical emergency and is currently on life support. Please keep Joel and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Joel is a founding member of our coalition representing ISSA-NY and has volunteered as treasurer since our inaugural conference in 2014. He is well-respected in the PKI/Security community and has spoken at RSA.
